Foods to be avoided

Here are some foods that are high in purines and should be avoided or limited:
Organ meats: organ meats like liver, kidneys, and brain are often used in dishes such as keema, fry, and biryani. These should be avoided.
Red meat: Meat Dishes like lamb curry and mutton biryani are high in purines and should not be consumed
Seafood: Seafood Dishes like shrimp curry and fish fry are high in purines and should be avoided.
Alcoholic beverages: Beer and other alcoholic beverages are high in purines and should be avoided.
Packaged Drinks: Packaged Drinks that contain high-fructose corn syrup, such as packaged fruit juices, sodas, and energy drinks.
Packaged snacks: Packaged snacks like biscuits, chips, and granola bars.
Others: ketchup, sweet chutneys, and sauces may contain HFCS or other high-fructose sweeteners. Many bakery items, such as cakes, pastries, and bread should be avoided
